The summer holidays are just around the corner and we can’t wait to welcome you to beautiful Kendal for a summer of fun.
Can you find all the animals?
We are delighted to see some of our wonderful stores taking part in this years Kendal Safari Summer Trial, a great activity to do in the summer holidays! On until the 3rd of September and organised by Kendal BID the safari is an interactive animal hunt around Kendal, where you search for 130 safari animals. Can you spot which ones are in the yard? Some shops even have some additional treats on offer. Once you’ve completed the map and trail you can hand it in at Booths and be entered into a draw to win a £20 voucher. Sounds fabulous to us!
Join us on Saturday 22nd July for Kendal Pride Weekend
A fun filled, colourful weekend is promised for Kendal Pride weekend and on the Saturday we are proud to be hosting a wonderful entertainer who will wow us with their circus skills and balloon modelling. This is sure to be a huge hit with the kids and might even allow you to have a peaceful coffee in one of our eateries.
Go crazy for crazy golf on the weekend of the 29th July
A new event for Kendal, The Family Festival, which aims to boost awareness among families of activities they can do in and around the town during the summer holidays, is coming to Kendal on Saturday 29th of July. In the centre of Kendal crazy golf will be on offer in our yard and in Finkle Street there will be a Dino Rodeo and a giant games area featuring Jenga, Connect 4 and Snakes and Ladders. There will also be a 30ft climbing wall at Stramongate school!
